Is Urban Farming Viable Or Pipe Dream? VCs Are Paying (So We Don't Have To) To Find Out

This is very cool. Matching free (i.e., abandoned) urban "resources" (land, people) with huge unmet demand in the same "food deserts" for fresh food. Best of all, the good ol USA still has something no other country can match: a big ballsy goofy dreamy stupidly rich venture capital industry willing, nay eager to risk millions just to see if it might work.
